- Watch the PIPOA checkbook like it is her own.
- Continue a process of openness and transparency. More Town Halls, more records on the website.
- Improve PIPOA office technology.
- Require Robert’s Rules and non-profit training for all Board Members and Employees.
- Implement systematic bulkhead maintenance process.
- Legally enforce our Bylaws and Covenants.
Kelly McFadden has been an Island resident since 1996. Kelly, along with her husband Jim, own and run a software consulting firm. They also own five long term rental properties, all situated in the PIPOA.

Kelly provides all the live streaming and recording of PIPOA Meetings.

Kelly was one of the leaders of the 2018 ARCH initiative that returned Bylaw amending rights solely to the property owners.

Kelly organized and runs the IslandSquad volunteer group to help assist in various Island cleanups.

Kelly runs the IslandIssues Facebook page and community calendar as well as being involved in many other Island activities.
